Explanation: I think it a misplaced modifier.  The 4th doesnt make sense because the sentence is a independent sentence. Meaning the it is a sentence on its own so when it says a fragment it means is it a dependent sentence when it isn't its a independent sentence. The 3rd one doesn't make sense because for the sentence to be wordy it has to have parts that don't matter to the main point of the sentence. The sentence it gave you has all words that matter to the sentence and without thm it wouldn't make sense. I don't think it is a run on sentence because a run on sentence normal has things you don't need to know inside a sentence like "I love to write papers I would write one every day if I had the time." if it wasn't a run on sentence it would just say the important detail like " I love to write papers".  Last I think its a misplaced modifier because the sentence is a awkwardly said.
