I have found this question online. We are supposed to write "1" for First Conditional, "2" for Second Conditional, and "3" for Third Conditional.
Answer and Explanation:
The First Conditional uses a verb in the present tense or in the present continuous tense for the condition, and a future tense (will) for the consequence. For example: If you love me, you will marry me.
The Second Conditional uses a verb in the past tense for the condition, and the verb "would" plus a main verb for the consequence. "Would" is the past form of "will". For example: If I had a car, I would drive to the beach on weekends.
The Third Conditional uses a verb in the present perfect tense for the condition, and "would/could/might have" plus a past participle for the consequence. Example: If she had called me, I would have told her the truth.
Having the explanation above in mind, we can safely answer the question:
1. IF IT IS RAINING TOMORROW, I WILL BE AT HOME. --> 1
2. I WOULD BUY THIS CAR IF I HAD MONEY. --> 2
3. THEY WOULD GET A PROMOTION IF THEY WERE GOOD DOCTORS. ---> 2
4. I WOULD HAVE SPOKEN TO HIM IF I HAD HAD TIME. --> 3
5. I CAN LIVE THERE IF I GET A JOB THERE. --> 1
6. MY FRIEND COULD HAVE SEEN THE CAR IF HE HAD PAID ATTENTION. --> 3
7. I WILL CALL YOU IF I HAVE TIME. --> 1
8. I WOULD TELL THE TRUTH IF I KNEW IT. --> 2
9. IF I HAD BOUGHT THE HOUSE, WE COULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT THE NEW CAR. --> 3
10. SHE WILL TRAVEL IF SHE HAS MONEY. --> 1

In at least one hundred words, discuss how the British used religion as one of their methods of colonizing Africa in Things Fall Apart. Use evidence from the text to support your answer.
Explanation:
In order for cultural change to take place, the colonizers must begin by introducing their religion. They attempt to allay fears by coming on a platform of peace, but their ultimate goal is to fundamentally change the beliefs of the tribe.
And at last the locusts did descend. They settled on every tree and on every blade of grass; they settled on the roofs and covered the bare ground.
While the quote is a symbolic representation, it accurately reflects the arrival of the intruders who have every intention to take over the Igbo by introducing monotheistic religion and undermining the things that had previously been valued. We see Okonkwo and his son torn apart because Okonkwo cannot accept that his son has forsaken his tribe for Christianity. The tribe is in trouble, and Okonkwo knows there is nothing he can do to stop the death of all he holds dear, as is reflected in the following passage:
The white man is very clever. He came quietly and peaceably with his religion. We were amused at his foolishness and allowed him to stay. Now he has won our brothers, and our clan can no longer act like one. He has put a knife on the things that held us together and we have fallen apart.
Which of the following can convey setting in a story? Name of character The age of the character The culture of the character The thoughts of a character
Answer:
-The culture of the character
-The thoughts of a character
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Think about what setting means.
The setting is the time, place, and circumstances in which something occurs or develops.
So what out of the four choices helps do that?
The name of the character can't tell you about settings. Its a name not a descriptor. Ex: John.: That doesn't tell you as the reader anything about the time, place, or circumstances.
The age could possibly give you some context. But its can also just be a sentance. Ex: Daisy is 14.: you can get a little bit. But not enought in some circumstances. So for that i marked it as no.

Long and short works of fiction have different
characteristics beyond simply the length of
the work. Think of a short story that you like
and a longer work (novel or novella) that you
like. You can use the story and novella from
this unit if no other works come to mind
quickly.
BU I E
Discuss the elements of each work that made
it enjoyable to read. What relationship did the
form of the work (short story, novella, or
novel) have in making it an enjoyable read?
What elements of fiction were strongest in the
work, and how did they impact your
enjoyment of the story? Compare the two
works you chose. How are they
representative of short fiction versus longer
I would choose a fairytale or fable for the short story and discuss the way it was enjoyable because of its simplicity, whimsy, and moral that should clear through the story without excessive twists or turns. Essentially, discuss the benefits of a simple and straightforward plot. As for the long work, choose a novel or novella that discusses a large topic within a complex storyline. For this I would recommend a book such as 1984, Fahrenheit 451, The Barcode Rebellion, or The Outsiders. All of these are great books that discuss various subjects of importance while creating a complex and enjoyable plot for the reader to follow. Shorter fiction tends to be a bit more lighthearted or whimsical than longer fictions like the books I recommended. (This is based in my opinion of longer versus shorter fiction, and there are outliers to my generalization, of course)

HELP 30 POINTS! A Daring and Dastardly Deed: Act 1, Scene 2: Hannah and her mother are at the supermarket. They are waiting in line for a cashier. Hannah's mother has a shopping cart full of groceries. HANNAH: (Very excited): The thing about Sherlock Holmes, Mom, is that he sees things that other people don't. He uses his powers of observation and deduction to solve crimes. He has an incredible knowledge of crimes and villains and the many dastardly deeds they engage in to break the law. He uses his wit and courage, too. HANNAH'S MOTHER: (Partly distracted, answering while choosing a checkout line to stand in) Dastardly deeds? That's an interesting phrase. I'm glad you enjoyed the story. In fact, you seem happy as a dog with two tails at the moment. HANNAH: (Feeling thoughtful and confident) Well, maybe that's because I've decided that I'm going to be an investigator. From The Mystery of the Shiny Paper: Hannah started to think about Holmes' many skills and character traits. The skills he relied on most of all were observation and deduction. Sherlock Holmes paid a lot of attention to detail and would often notice things that other people missed. Hannah decided that this was where she would start on her road to becoming a detective—observing others and attempting to deduce information from her observations. She spent the rest of the walk back to her house observing others and trying to come up with detective-like deductions. A few days later, she was at the supermarket with her mother, still trying to hone her investigative skills by observing others, when she thought to herself: This is hopeless. I don't have any chance of solving a mystery! She felt a bit down on the way home and her mom asked her twice if she was feeling okay. "I'm okay, Mom," was all she said. What are the differences in the way Hannah's thoughts, feelings, and actions are shown in the play A Daring and Dastardly Deed and the story The Mystery of the Shiny Paper? Use complete sentences and evidence from the texts to answer the question.
After a country loses a war it would be logical that to keep citizens’ enthusiasm up, it would be required to disinform the citizens for them to continue working hard and not revolting. Unfortunately disinforming citizens wasn’t the only tactic governments like Germany used to counter loss of enthusiasm upon their citizens. Arresting protestors, propaganda, abusive police powers, and censorship were also tactics Germany used to combat loss of enthusiasm. Examples of propaganda Germany publicized were normally pictures with resilient soldiers saying things like “we’re almost there” and other phrases to keep citizens' hopes up and even enlist to go to war.
The Treaty of Versailles was created after WWI to get things even with all countries affected by the war. This left Germany in a very bad position considering all the debts they had to pay to the other countries they hurt. With this high debt and lingering guilt, it left Germany with anger worthy of starting another war. Germany ended up disinforming their population and deluding their population into thinking it was the fault of minorities like Jews that caused the mishaps of war.

why is the coronavirus pandemic regarded as life crisis
Answer:
I think it's because it is a disease that has affected almost the whole world and it kills very fast without proper medication
Answer:
All original, I did not copy anything!
Explanation:
There aren't any antibiotics or vaccines at this time to cure anyone. The worst part about it though is that it takes around 18 months (1 year and 6 months) To around 24 months (2 years) to create a vaccine. This is a huge problem, because anyone who communicates with everyone without a mask and social distancing has put their lives in great peril. I have seen the corona virus work first hand and it's scary. Any person that has corona is in such great pain.
Another reason as to why this is called a life crisis is because, hospitals are over flowing with corona patients and without a vaccine they don't have very much to do. Now, this overflows and overwhelms the hospital system and than there are going to be a lot of people being unattended.
One last reason, without the vaccine there are people who get sick again and numbers of cases grow daily. This cannot continue but, there are only a few ways to protect ourselves and we must do whatever we can to stay safe.
Remember to always wear a mask, wash your hands, social distance, and don't go into public places without something to protect you. Stay safe everyone!
